I’ve been a practicing psychotherapist for over thirty years. During that time, I’ve helped hundreds of people of all ages, genders, ethnicities, and sexual orientations to enrich their lives and regain a sense of self-determination and joy.

About twenty years ago, I began incorporating Energy Psychology techniques into my work. More recently, I added Sound Healing to the mix. These three traditions come together to form a flexible, holistic approach that enables genuine transformation.

Many of my clients are sensitive, accomplished people who feel stuck in some area of life. Some are struggling to achieve career goals, thrive financially, or fulfill their creative or academic potential. Others want to attract a great partner, develop fulfilling social connections, or manage chronic physical illness. Still others are coping with depression, anxiety, or both.

Guided by the needs and wishes of each individual, I offer a personalized blend of traditional counseling, sound healing, and Energy Psychology. The result is a deep shift toward wellness and freedom.
