You make wellness a priority—body, mind, and spirit.

But sometimes even the best self-care just isn’t enough.

The effects of stress and trauma run deep — even with therapy, mindfulness, good nutrition, and exercise. Especially these days, you may be feeling isolated, fearful, or just stuck on your path toward healing.

Maybe you’ve talked with counselors before, but the impact of past distress lingers.

That’s where I come in.

I offer a therapeutic experience that merges sound and energy healing with talk-therapy. (Not many practitioners are qualified to do both.)

We’ll use tapping, chakra-clearing, visualization, and precisely calibrated sound vibrations to bypass speech and reach your energy-body directly.

The result?

  • relief from distress

  • new sense of self-determination

  • restored calm

  • a feeling of connection to your community and the world

Why work with me?

I’m Rachel Michaelsen LCSW: a seasoned psychotherapist who’s also certified by the Association For Comprehensive Energy Psychology. I’m trained in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT), Sound Healing, and other energy psychology methods which utilize both the body's energy meridians and chakras. I bring all those techniques into harmony to help my clients heal and reach their life goals.

Over the past 30 years, I’ve worked with hundreds of people of all ages, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and gender identities: helping them ease suffering and live more authentic lives.
