As I often tell people: I am a therapist; I train people to be therapists; and I train people who train people to be therapists. Not only have I had the opportunity to supervise beginning and advanced mental-health providers and supervisors, but I have also been privileged to teach clinical supervision courses to supervisors throughout California and across the county.

I am available to provide

  • Clinical supervision to Associate Social Workers (ASWs), Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFTs), and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors (APCCs) via videoconferencing.*

  • Consultation to clinical supervisors including those working enrolled in CAMFTs Certified Supervisor program

Experience

 

Since 1996, I have provided clinical supervision and consultation to paraprofessionals, baccalaureate and graduate school mental-health interns, MFT associates and trainees, ASWs, licensed therapists, and clinical supervisors.

I have supervised staff members and interns at, among other places:

  • Community Health for Asian Americans (formerly Asian Pacific Psychological Services)
